    Line of Business

    The Financial Lines team handles a full range of insurance coverage and analysis to protect companies, management, employees, and other professionals against financial losses. As a Contributor, you are responsible for underwriting and assessing risk for AIG’s Management Liability portfolio within Financial Lines, which includes Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Fidelity insurance coverages.

    What you need to know:

    • Manage and service an existing renewal book of management liability insurance in addition to producing and underwriting new accounts from brokers
    • Pricing analysis using data analytics and modeling tools
    • Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured’s
    • Achieve assigned budget targets
    • Maintain profitability
    • Drive change management by institutionalizing underwriting, service and process improvements
    • Ensure files are well documented and comply with company and department standards
    • Developing and maintaining broker and client relationships
    • Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured’s

    What we are looking for

    • Post-Secondary Education OR equivalent industry education and experience
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines following company guidelines as well as in a team-oriented approach to accomplish goals
    • Strong analysis and decision-making skills
    • The candidate will possess a strong drive to succeed
    • Confident knowledge of systems and PC applications, especially utilizing spreadsheets
