Agile Underwriting Solutions Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for an Underwriter Assistant in our Programs team at our Calgary, AB office. This is a hybrid position.

The Opportunity:
- Process cancellation and endorsement policy documentation
- Triage incoming emails for the underwriting team and assist underwriters with following up on information from brokers
- Set up broker User IDs for access to our portal
- Archive email correspondence and policy documents
- Various other duties as assigned
Here’s what you bring:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential, excellent organizational skills and a team player
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion are important qualities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic without sacrificing the ability to have fun on the job
- Eligible for General Insurance Level 1 License (preferred)
