    We have an exciting opportunity to join our Broker Learning and Development team. We are looking for our next Transformation and Innovation Lead. This role will play key role in change management and data analytics in partnership with our Broker Distribution Learning and Development, Broker Communications & Marketing, Broker Distribution, project teams and partners. To effectively deliver projects on time, and within budget, with a high adoption rate, ensuring sustainable business practices.

    Our Transformation and Innovation Lead will develop risk and control policies, data analytics & Qlik dashboards and measure success through our project change and L&D data.

    What you’ll do:

    Assess the scope and complexity of the change and its impact on the business, key partners, brokers, and customers.

    Seek understanding and measurement data from the business function, project objectives, measurable outcomes, and collaborators’ objectives or goals.

    Build and support risk governance plans for both change initiatives and learning. Formalize risk and control plans for change and L&D, accountable for the governance of controls.

    Evolve data to build comprehensive Qlik reporting dashboards, which measure project goals and success. Work closely with the Broker Enablement Qlik team to plan and build measurable correlations in data.

    Manage change process lifecycle (Prosci ADKAR Methodology), including all its phases.

    Involve Learning and Development, Communications, and Marketing in all change to create plans built, with consensus on objectives and strategies.

    Assess the change impact for all key partners. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key team members. Develop effective, proactive change plans as well as detecting and addressing any resistance or barrier to change.

    Apply organizational change activities and tools to craft a strategy to support adopting the changes a project or initiative requires.

    Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, learning, and reporting.

    Understand what matters to brokers and what change activity contributes to and doesn’t. Emphasize change through the broker’s perspective and manage outcomes.

    Regularly capture broker sentiment to enable effective innovation from their sightlines.

    Build relationships, and work collaboratively with team and business functions.

    Inspire change teams toward a common goal (change champions, coordinators, end users, etc.).

    What you’ll bring:

    Insurance proven experience is an asset

    A University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred

    Previous Change Management experience (2+ years) with formal training in the field being preferred

    Manage Effective communication and facilitation skills

    Data Analytics experience preferred

    Risk and Control Governance experience preferred

    Strong organization skills, planning

    Data collection and analytical evaluation skills

    Qlik development skills are an asset

    Collaborator engagement and influencing skills

    Bilingual English and French is an asset

    Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools specifically SharePoint and Power Automate
