As a Telephone Adjuster, you’ll put your problem-solving skills to work by investigating and settling property claims while taking care of our clients throughout the process.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $44,800 to $56 ,000 based on a 35 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Why we’ll love You:

• Ability to think clearly and communicate effectively in a high-pressure environment

• You’re a master organizer, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial property insurance policies

• 1-2years of property adjusting experience

• Insurance Broker Level 1 license

Once here, you’ll:

• Investigate insurance claims with insureds, third parties and other related parties to obtain facts and information

• Research facts, policy coverages, expert reports and case law to make decisions based on coverage, claim value and settlements

• Ensure best practices are being followed for property restoration on time and on budget

• Collaborate with other claim-related experts such as Engineers and Legal Counsel
