    The role.

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits & Pension Expert to join our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team. In this role you will play a key part in crafting and implementing our global Benefits concept:

    • Contribute to craft our newly established C&B team by bringing in your expertise in benefits. This includes retirement programs (pension plans, i.e., Defined Benefit Plans as well as Defined Contribution Plans), insurable benefits (e.g., health) and non-insurable benefits (financial, social, work-life).
    • Collaborate to develop the global Innomotics benefits strategy together with Finance Treasury and our global and local management.
    • Implement IT-supported global and local benefits and insurance solutions.
    • Review/ re-design existing processes and standards in coordination with the regions/ countries
    • Contribute/Build a global actuary, broker network, and participate in the negotiation of the relevant contracts and policies in collaboration with Finance Treasury.
    • Advise Innomotics companies on strategic and operational topics related to global and local benefits/ retirement plans as well as global and local insurance policies.
    • Own the annual insurance policy renewal process and prepare recommended actions.
    • Support and lead (sub)projects in Benefits & Pensions and/ or C&B

    Your profile.

    • Degree or comparable educational background in Psychology, Business, Actuarial or Social Sciences focusing on P&O/ HR or a related field.
    • 5 – 10+ years of professional experience in Benefits & Pension and/ or Compensation & Benefits in an international or globally operating company
    • Passion for numbers and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
    • Very good project management skills with the ability to prioritize.
    • Strong partner leadership skills, with the ability to establish relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong in partnership, respecting varied perspectives, and encouraging a collaborative environment.
    • High energy, strong implementation skills, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality.
    • Driven and enthusiastic about greenfield opportunities and to craft the future by developing innovative solutions.
    • Strong IT literacy, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP SuccessFactors desirable
    • Proficiency in English is a requirement, German would be a plus.

    The pay range for this position is $87,000 – $149,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
