Responsibilities:
- Take a 2 day class and study to get licensed in Life Insurance which we pay for
- Attend weekly conference calls and weekly trainings
- Assist with the expansion of the team
- Help train, coach, and develop other partners in the business
- Finding clients to have under you while also trying to build your team
- Help train, coach, and develop other partners in the business
Qualifications:
- No degree or prior experienced needed.
- Must be 18+
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Hard working
- Must pass background check
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
