Requirements
- 1+ years of receptionist experience
- Profiecient is MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
A Day in the Life
- You’ll be answering and transferring incoming calls through the switchboard and greet clients in the office
- You’ll coordinate tasks between mailroom and reception
- You’ll have courier duties (arrange pick-ups, maintain stock, deliveries, and distribution)
- You’ll place and track usage of orders for various stock for the office
- You’ll assist with setting up new employees (phone, name plate)
- You’ll placing service calls for office machinery
