Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Analyze coverage, identify exposures, recommend coverage options, process policy changes and renewals, manage inquiries, and adhere to underwriting guidelines and agency standards.
- Meticulous Record Keeping: Utilize Epic to maintain account documentation, ensuring accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
- Insurance Professionalism: Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships, always delivering exceptional service.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry updates, trends, product information, changes to legislation, and new technology. Your expertise will make a significant impact.
- Attention to Details: As a consultant, identify coverage gaps, seek appropriate solutions, and draft expert submissions.
Qualifications:
- Level 1 Alberta Insurance License is required. (Level 2 is an asset)
- Demonstrated determination to succeed, surpass goals, and exceed expectations.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, PC, and sales skills.
- Trustworthy with a positive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
