Compensation and Perks:
- $50-60,000 DOQ and experience
- Commission
- Company match RRSP program

Responsibilities:
- Be a friendly and professional point of contact for walk-in customers
- Manage and distribute incoming phone calls
- Create new insurance policies efficiently (e.g., homeowners, tenants, condominiums)
- Identify client needs and sales opportunities for additional coverages (e.g., sewer backup, service lines)
- Conduct policy reviews and annual renewals
- Execute Autopac transactions quickly and accurately
- Promote auto insurance extension products and services
- Handle Travel Health insurance transactions
Qualifications:
- Level 1 General Insurance License
- IWS Certified
- Minimum 1-2 years of insurance brokerage experience
- Experience with Power Broker software (an asset)
- Post-secondary education in a business program (an asset)
