Our client, a well-established brokerage located in Calgary. They are seeking a skilled client relations Personal Lines Broker to join their team. This role works closely with new and existing clients to identify their needs and educate on insurance solutions. Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

• Be the first point of contact for clients
• Help Grow an established Book Of Business
• Responding to requests, queries and providing value-added services for clients
• Information gathering and submission to the appropriate insurance companies
• Prepare submissions and enter information in to company portals
• Maintenance of electronic and physical files
• Manage the Marketing of accounts to include new, renewal, and midterm changes
• Taking a solution-based approach for placing policies and ensuring clients receive policies that meet their individual need
• Working with underwriters to negotiate rates and coverages
• Mentoring and training new team members
• Administrative functions as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• General Insurance License Level 1
• 3+ years of Personal Lines experience working with Sales and Service
• Superior customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
• Proficiency in effectively promoting and recommending additional insurance products for upselling and cross-selling purposes
• Advanced computer skills with a high-level of accuracy
• Knowledge of Epic
