Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Markham, Ontario (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing House and/or Group accounts including: providing exceptional day to day customer service to house account and alpha split clients
- Review of the house account clients on an annual basis
- Offer guidance and expertise on the best course of action for each client
- Remarketing of house accounts if necessary
- Payment issues, cross selling and up selling when possible
- Provide quotes to referred personal lines clients from Rai Grant commercial producers
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid RIBO license with a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage – sales and underwriting experience an asset
- Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverages
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Applied Rater, Power Broker and insurance company portals
- Team player and adaptable to change
