ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This Personal Lines Insurance Broker will manage a book of business, provide excellent Customer Service and have flexibility on how you manage your business – whether you would like to pursue sales driven career or service focused.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
- Answer phone calls from clients when available
- Create and produce insurance policies
- Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
- Complete policy reviews and renewals
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in Personal Lines Insurance sales and service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
COMPENSATION
- $50,000 – $60,000 base salary depending on relevant years of experience + commission on new business and renewals + performance bonus
- Health and dental plan
- Paid vacation + flex days
