    Marsh Canada is seeking a National Transportation Practice Leader to create and drive strategy and lead the team to achieve existing business and growth goals. A known thought leader in the industry, you will be the face of Marsh Transportation across Canada.

    We will count on you to:

    Develop the account expansion strategy for the Transportation industry and direct market research, event coordination, and resource allocation accordingly.

    Control resources and ensure the most strategic account ownership strategy, personally taking on high-risk, high-yield accounts and assigning accounts to advanced sales professionals as appropriate.

    Direct and oversee the execution of the marketing strategy for the industry and/or region to best and appropriately position the firm and the solution and product offerings in the market and to enable the desired growth.

    Determine objectives for and advise on the development of custom solutions for major accounts and ensure optimal pricing for account scope and yield expectations.

    Manage the human capital strategy, resource allocation, and talent acquisition to create a high performing team.

    What you need to have:

    A strong track record of success in the Canadian Transportation market

    15 + years experience in the Insurance Industry

    Experience working with, and managing, large, complex, national accounts
