    The Opportunity:

    We’re looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Asset Management Distribution team.

    This role can be mostly remote, however we will on occasion require you to come onsite to our office at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON.

    Reporting to the VP, Head of Retail Sales, the National Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the VP and Regional Leaders of Wealth Distribution and to coordinate national sales and service activities.

    What your day looks like:

    Sales and Service Support

    • Provide support to the regional field teams (VP and RVP) to meet each Region’s Sales Goals
    • Generate reports as required by sales team, including Top 50, top 25, CU comparisons, Business Analysis, Pending and posted commission report
    • Problem solve CU issues in a timely manner
    • Ensure integrity of client and rep data in CRM and help Strategic Account Managers with usage
    • Coordinate regular reviews to plan and support with RVP and Strategic Account Managers as required
    • Schedule appropriate travel arrangements as required for above, such as air travel, hotel accommodations and related items

    National Support

    • Manage and coordinate national Aviso field team calendar (includes Asset Management)
    • Assist in planning and supporting sponsored events for each regional team
    • Manage national donations and sponsorship programs (as per calendar) as needed
    • Capture, summarize feedback and survey results of events to ensure continuous improvement

    Office Management

    • Pay invoices on a regular basis
    • Monitor the office budget and track expenses to ensure we are remaining on budget
    • Prepare expense reports for Regional Team on a monthly basis

    Requirements

    Your experience and skills:

    • University or College
    • 4-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced supporting role
    • Strong experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
    • Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of credit unions is an asset
    • Great attitude with the ability to develop business relationships
    • Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
