    The Opportunity!

    As a Multi-Line Account Advisor you will assist throughout our Saskatchewan offices in the sale and support of new personal lines and commercial lines business opportunities. You will also be responsible for obtaining opportunities to consider new business accounts, identifying client needs, educating clients of the organization’s insurance products, and maintaining a high-level skill with client relations. The Multi-Line Account Advisor is responsible for handling renewals and changes to policies throughout the year, preparing information to be submitted to be remarketed to obtain new quotes and assembling the information into a presentation format for the prospect/client.

    • Full-Time career working out of our Fort Qu’Appelle office location.

    What you will bring to the role –

    • Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales with a track record of new business written is necessary.
    • Processing knowledge of personal lines and commercial lines coverages, markets and procedures are necessary.
    • Strong knowledge of habitational, life, automobile, small commercial, property, liability and insurance principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
    • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, staff and clients.
    • Excellent negotiation skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.
    • Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
    • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
    • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.
    • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
    • Proficient with Broker Management Software System. Experience with EPIC preferred.
