Ideal Candidate is someone who:

Currently Holds a RIBO or General Insurance License. (LLQP licensed a bonus)

2+ Years Experience as an insurance sales rep

Would be a Fantastic Team member

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivating

Able to get in front of people and convert into sales

Must be able to find clients by cold call, door-to-door, etc.
