Salary: $23.00 – $30.00/Hour

A local business in Sarnia has an opening for an Insurance Broker to join their team. This is an evaluation hire opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field is an asset
• RIBO license, or willingness to obtain a license
• Experience working with Computers, Scanners, Photocopiers, Phones
• General knowledge in Farming would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills: on the phone, in person, and in writing

Responsibilities:

• Managing new and existing accounts in an efficient and professional manner
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending the best Insurance solutions
• Prepare insurance quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons for clients, explaining the benefits and limitations of each option
• Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in compliance with company policies
• Adhere to all insurance industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring ethical and transparent practices
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards

Wage: $23.00 – $30.00/hour
