Job description: Our client is seeking an Insurance Agent (Home and Auto) to join their team!

This is a remote position for applicants based anywhere in the province of Quebec.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily

• Assessing client needs, providing quotes, and selling policies

• Responding to online chat and email inquiries from clients

• Handling payment-related matters

• Handling claims reports and policy changes

BENEFITS AND PERKS

• $45,000 – $65,000 annual salary (based on experience)

• 3 weeks’ vacation

• The ability to work from home anywhere within Quebec

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience selling insurance, preferably within a call centre environment

• An active damage insurance agent or damage insurance broker license issued by AMF

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Effective objection-handling skills with customers

• Bilingual (English and French)

• Works well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
