We offer a broker training program that teaches you about personal insurance, giving you the knowledge to begin your exciting new career. This program will prepare you on a path to provide exceptional customer service to our personal insurance policy holders. It will also prepare you in obtaining your Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license.

Start date: February 5, 2024

The program expectation is to be in office for the first 6 – 9 months.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have strong customer service skills
• Have a strong desire to learn new skills
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Have a strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple demands and requests
• Are highly organized to manage workflow efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Have previous customer service experience, call centre experience, retail sales, hospitality an asset
• Have previous insurance experience an asset
• This position is subject to appropriate background checks that may include credential, employment, credit, criminal and reference checks.
