    The Opportunity!

    As the Commercial Lines Administrator, you are responsible for the reception of documentation and orderly disposition of all policy and policy related documentation received for the Commercial departments.

    The Commercial Lines Administrator reviews and sorts all incoming documentation, hard copy, fax, email, or electronic download, for scanning, attaching and/or invoicing of new business policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and all other policy and non-policy related documents to the Broker Management Software System. They are also responsible for reviewing and processing incoming activities, as assigned by internal functions. These may include automatic renewals, letters, payment reminders from carriers, client payment reminders, post-bind processes, policy checking and sending policy documents to clients. The Commercial Lines Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of accurate, efficient, and timely information processing of high-volume document processing to clients across the region.

    • Full Time Permanent career working out of our Head Office location or the possibility to work remotely.

    What you will bring to the role:

    • Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required.
    • Level 1 license required.
    • Minimum one year customer service experience.
    • Demonstrated basic knowledge of personal and commercial insurance is required.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Standard office administration practices and procedures.
    • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Proficient computer skills in MS Office.
    • Superior keyboarding skills.
    • Ability to work a structured processing environment.
    • Adaptable to change.
    • Good working knowledge of the Broker Management Software System.
