ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for both maintaining and expanding an established portfolio of clients, primarily through referrals, up-selling, and cross-selling. This position offers the flexibility to align with your career goals, allowing you to emphasize either sales or service based on your aspirations.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to promote and sell Commercial Insurance products
- Initiate proactive communication with potential new business prospects
- Efficiently pursue and follow up on leads
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and offer expert advice on various policies
- Deliver customized solutions to ensure optimal coverage for your customers’ specific needs.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance service or sales
- Strong work ethic and motivation, drive to learn and grow
- Insurance license or designation in Alberta (General License Level 1 or 2, CIP, CAIB)
- Experience and knowledge in various broker portals
