Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs credit analysis on end-user financing customers, incorporating company policies, promotions, and programs into the decision-making process, to foster the sale of products
Reviews and approves, modifies, or declines retail collateralized transactions within established credit authority, and communicates decisions to dealer
Responsible for the timely and accurate disposition of all assigned credit proposals.
Makes recommendations to management on proposals beyond the analyst’s credit authority.
Prepares fleet credit proposals for management review as assigned.
Actively participates in evaluating customer credit quality and ongoing financial stability.
Follows up on completed applications to ensure capture of business.
Conducts retail and wholesale financial analysis as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous robust experience in collections
Background in finance is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality customer service
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
