VP- Client Executive

In the Vancouver Non-Profit Team, you will be responsible for growing client relationships, providing exceptional client service and solutions to drive retention and overall business revenue growth. You will work closely with the Vancouver Non-Profit Leader, the National Non-Profit Leader and the Non-Profit Growth Leaders.
As a Client Executive, you will have overall responsibility for the clients assigned to you, including strategic oversight, growth and retention of clients.

We will count on you to:
Contribute to client satisfaction and growth through high quality and timely service
Manage the renewal service cycle- including advising clients on coverage issues, marketing, preparing documentation and managing timely billing/collections
Utilize all Marsh Client Management Systems (including but not limited to Velocity, Bluestream, Brokerlink)
Build relationships and networks with professional counterparts at client organizations.
Maintain a fluency in Marsh’s various service offerings, identify coverage improvements to maintain competitive advantage and/or take advantage of market conditions
Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-front resources for each client/prospect.
Participate in professional development activities/courses as well as training, mentoring & coaching fellow CE, ACE and CR team members
Promote and enhance the team culture
Comply with Marsh Excellence and Client First Principles to ensure quality service to all clients.
What you need to have:
Possess a minimum of 8-10 years experience in commercial insurance.
Holds and maintains BC Level 2 Broking License
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to independently service larger (complex) accounts
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client and insurance partner relationships
Possess good knowledge of client risk issues.
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong technical knowledge
Attention to detail
Excellent task and time management skills
