What YOU will be doing:
Answer all inquiries either by phone or email in a call centre environment, from the WFG (World Financial Group) agents providing a wide range of sales and administration assistance
Handle sensitive situations when the application is missing or has incorrect information, or there is a lack of understanding from the Advisors.
Provide information and training to the broker to avoid future similar inquiries
Build Relationships by strengthening and enhancing rapport with WFG agents and internal territory sales team ensuring a collaborative relationship at all times
Explain the underwriting workup to gain the trust from the broker that the best decision was made in the best delays
Assign applications/ expert inquiries to the underwriters
Administer insurance applications and other related new business related tasks on a daily basis
What YOU will bring to the position:
College or University degree in a related field
3-5 years of call centre experience in financial services
Life insurance knowledge and experience
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills together with strong active listening skills
Bilingual (French & English) is a strong asset, but all candidates will be considered.
