    Requirements

    • Level 2 General Insurance License
    • 3+ years of experience managing a department or branch

    A Day in the Life

    • Prepare to improve and maximize targets by developing annual business plans for all lines of business in the branch.
    • You’ll monitor P&L statements and take appropriate action to meet targets.
    • You’ll identify current and prospective opportunities to obtain new clients by assessing the local market.
    • You’ll participate actively in both the business and industry communities to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the branch and organization.
    • You’ll ensure an excellent and consistent client service experience.
    • You’ll cultivate and promote a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates top talent.
    • You’ll encourage opportunities for growth and development and identify future leadership talent by encouraging employees to achieve their highest performance potential
    • You’ll ensure consistent and effective application of all corporate policies and procedures as they apply to the business or to the employees.

    Department Account Management & Service

    Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
