Position Details

Who you are

The Bilingual Business Solutions Analyst will deliver quality system solutions that are compliant with regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible to configure insurance applications, including granting of system access and authority and provide support for investigations and resolution of system issues and inquiries.

• Understand business needs, taking an active part in business analysis, and translate business needs into system solutions, performing risk assessment to understand and communicate impact of system change
• Take active part in, user acceptance testing, ensuring the quality of work and the performance of the solution is satisfactory
• Provide Level 1 technical support to resolve incident reports and inquiries relating to insurance applications and/or processes
• Triage Level 2 technical support for resolution of complex incidents and inquiries relating to the configuration of insurance applications

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst
• Post-secondary education in business or information technology management preferred
• CIP or CRM designation or working towards is an asset
• Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of insurance policy, claims & billing systems and imaging applications
• Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates
