ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Autoplan Specialist you will be a one-person team, and play key role in ensuring business and high net worth clients’ auto and fleet needs are being taken care of. This position is in a non-retail setting and most correspondence takes place over phone and emails.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage all aspects of the Autoplan Insurance Department
• Implement and monitor departmental practices and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all ICBC policies, practices, and procedures
• Collect and enter data for rating, vehicle information, customer details, and related information
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Review outgoing documents for accuracy
• Evaluate and advise clients on their insurance needs
• Correspond with and report to clients regarding insurance matters
• Manage renewal lists, client renewal letters, and follow-up on renewals
• Assist in the Personal Lines Department as outlined by the Manager
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist with banking activities, including entering payments into the system
• Prepare deposits and handle payments to the bank
• Undertake specific duties and projects as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least a Level-1 Broker license
• 2+ years’ experience with ICBC Autoplan, fleets experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with TAM is an asset

• Competitive base salary of up to $60,000
