Associate Client Executive

We will count on you to:
Assess Marsh WINGS applications using knowledge of the industry to provide placement solutions that meet client needs within the Marsh WINGS Program.
Provide exceptional client service, documenting all activities in the system to ensure timely referral to Program Insurer (as needed) and follow up with clients.
Work to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing and address escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction.
What you need to have:
Ontario or license from the province of residence
Minimum 5 years working experience

Proficiency using email, spreadsheets, wording processing and presentation software.
