HUB International is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice in our downtown Toronto office. The successful candidate will provide high level administrative support to Employee Benefits & Retirement Producers. This role reports to the Vice President, Client Success, Employee Benefits & Retirement. Superior time-management, organizational and follow-up skills are essential for this position.

    What You’ll Do

    Manage and maintain various calendars and schedules for Producers

    Update, format and distribute correspondence

    Process, input and update information into the CRM

    Organize and schedule client meetings including preparing required materials and coordinating travel arrangements

    File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently for team members

    Maintain and organize expense reports

    General office administrative duties as assigned

    What You’ll Need For Success

    University Degree/ College Diploma and/or equivalent work experience

    Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role

    Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage multiple competing priorities

    Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

    Solid computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems i.e. EPIC broker management system

    Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Effective communication skills both verbal and written executed with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

    Proactive and client focused approach with strong initiative and follow up skills
