If you’re a client focused individual who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment, YOU can be our next ADMINISTRATOR! We are seeking someone with strong communication, multitasking skills, and attention to detail to join our Burnaby Head office location and the Personal Insurance Team.
The Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of administration or office experience is an asset.
- Strong PC skills i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook.
- Excellent time management and proven to effectively prioritize workflow.
- Self-starter and proactive team player.
- You bring excellent communication skills to the team; both verbal and written.
- Superior organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.
- Level 1 General Insurance License is an asset.
A Day in the Life
- First thing’s first, you’ll be updating, invoicing, performing quality reviews, and generating letters using the Broker Management System (EPIC).
- You’ll prepare refund requests as required.
- You’ll scan & attach documentation in the Broker Management System.
- You’ll handle daily incoming mail (hard copy and electronic) and process outgoing mail.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
