Responsibilities and Duties

• Converting online leads into closed insurance policies.
• Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them.
• Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network.
• Providing excellent customer experience to our clients.
• Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence.
• Staying current with the latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualities and Skills

• Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales – this is a 100% commission role.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• LLQP license in good standing.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Ability to develop and build client relationships.
