    HUB continues to grow and seeking a dynamic Account Manager working out of our HUB Lower Sackville office, who can service and manage an existing book of business working with a commercial producer. This is an ideal role for a strong team player who is detailed oriented, enjoys working with people and has a commitment to deliver results on required deadlines. This role will require a flexible individual to adapt to the growth of the business. This is a great role for someone with insurance experience and is looking for professional growth and working with larger commercial insurance accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing all aspects of an existing book of business
    • Building client relationships through effective client management
    • Providing support to an assigned Commercial Producer
    • Ensuring new business and retention targets are met, including by means of re-marketing
    • Manage the client’s renewal process
    • Complete outbound calls as required for renewal review and special projects
    • Upsell and cross-sell with existing clients
    • Respond to inbound telephone inquiries
    • Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service to verbal and written inquiries
    • Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring that Service Excellence Standards are met

    Qualifications:

    • College Diploma or University Degree and/or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in insurance Account Management
    • General Insurance License required
    • Experience with commercial insurance desired
    • Team player able to work within Production and Service teams
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Effective organizational skills and time management
    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset
