Responsibilities:
Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
- Attending the weekly training and skill building sessions (2 per week)
- Mastery of various provider platforms and software
- Educate clients on products and services
- Directly manage and review financial portfolios
Qualifications:
You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
CRM experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Qualifications:
- Must pass the Life Insurance Insurance exam
- Great communication and relational skills
- Driven and ambitious
- Coachable and eager to learn

- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid US Social Security Number
- Must reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
- Must be 18+ years old (This is a Federal Requirement)
