ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a new joiner, you will play a key part in the Personal Lines team providing full service to your assigned Personal Lines portfolio.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Providing world-class customer service to Personal Lines clients
- Answering questions, advising customers on coverages
- Handling policy changes
- Reviewing new applications, renewals and endorsements
- Investigating cancellation cases
THE REQUIREMENTS
- RIBO license is a must
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
COMPENSATION
- $60,000 – $70,000
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Hybrid working structure (2 days a week remote)
