ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a new joiner, you will focus on new business generation with the endless support of a dedicated Back-Office and CSR team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Selling Personal and/or Commercial insurance products with a consultative approach
- Proactively engaging with new business prospects
- Analyzing clients’ needs, advising them on different policies
- Providing tailor-made solutions to ensure your customers get the best possible coverage for their needs
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Insurance Broker license (NS)
- Previous experience in selling Personal / Commercial Lines products
- Self-motivated personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Genuine motive to go above and beyond for your customers
COMPENSATION
- Option to choose between commission only or base salary commission
- Flexible working hours with a full-remote option
