Requirements

• Level 2 General Insurance License
• 4+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
• Ability to plan and manage at the operational, branch level

A Day in the Life

• Prepare to motivate, develop and inspire a high performing team where you will support with career development, coaching and training.
• You’ll maximize resources through effective scheduling and be the Resident Technical and Process Expert
• You’ll build and maintain positive client, employee and dealer relationships
• You’ll manage sales, retention and service needs of clients, balancing between Insurance Advisor and Supervisor duties as appropriate
• You’ll conduct professional, quarterly performance reviews with all direct reports
• You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documents and funds
• You’ll handle and resolve client and dealership concerns in a positive proactive fashion
• You’ll lead the continuous improvement, organization and efficiency of the branch
