What you’ll do:

• Be the go-to expert for clients, offering valuable advice and guidance on their damage insurance needs.
• Take the time to understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable coverage options.
• Build strong relationships with clients and always go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay in the loop with industry trends and insurance regulations to keep clients well-informed.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to snag the best coverage options for our clients.
• Be the superhero who efficiently handles policy renewals, claims, and client inquiries.
• Keep organized and maintain accurate client records and documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• Must be fully bilingual in French and English
• Previous experience as an Insurance Broker, preferably in the damage insurance field.
• A valid insurance broker license in Quebec.
• A wealth of knowledge about damage insurance policies and products.
• Superb customer service skills, because making clients happy is what we’re all about!
• The ability to work independently and efficiently while juggling multiple client accounts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savviness and proficiency in relevant software and computer applications.
• Being bilingual (French and English) would be a bonus, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
