    The Opportunity:

    The Dealer Services Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting Advisors and ensuring smooth operations in our investment back-office systems. This individual will report directly to the Manager of Dealer Services and be responsible for facilitating system access, managing dealer-rep changes, processing Letters of Indemnity, daily reconciliation, providing second-tier support for Advisor inquiries, collaborating with fund companies/carriers, supporting special projects and more. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to team success and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

    A day in the life:

    Providing Advisors with access to investment back-office systems, first level troubleshooting, and assisting with onboarding of new Advisors

    Processing bulk dealer-rep changes and rep maintenance as well as Letters of Indemnity to fund companies and insurance carriers

    Annual processing of free unit switch transactions and daily processing needs as required

    Assisting with daily and monthly reconciliation including investigation of errors and exception processing

    Follow up on business transactions and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner

    Second tier support for advisors with inquiries and concerns

    Liaising with fund companies/carriers to obtain transactional history files for processing

    Involved with statement creation, review, and delivering statements on time

    Work with internal customers to resolve back office administrative issues

    Assist with special projects including testing and implementation as assigned

    Who you are:

    A great attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistent performance

    Previous experience in insurance is considered an asset

    Experience using FundServ is an asset

    Clear written and oral communication skills

    Strong and precise data entry, processing and administrative skills

    Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management

    Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    Proficient in MS Office Suite & most online meeting platforms

    Although you do not require the completion of a post-secondary education, it will help your growth if you have a college diploma or university degree
