Responsibilities
– Part of an internal development / BAU team, candidates will contribute to and perform the following responsibilities:
– Develop and/or amend new/existing Regulatory Reporting templates and reports
– Resolve daily issues on both data, accuracy, and timeliness of reports
– Liaise with the technical team(s) — when needed — to resolve related issues and necessary enhancements
– Develop additional Business Requirements per given stream and according to Project needs as they come along
– Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various AxiomSL deliverables
– Contribute and assist existing support group(s) in resolving requests or issues with report producing issues, data migration, and other items
– Analyze, formulate, propose, develop and/or contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables
– Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
– At the initial stage, the objectives are to assess existing data infrastructure and core processes, define best ways to aggregate all the required data, clean, normalize and store it, making it available to support the implementation of the AxiomSL reporting primarily
– Document target data architecture landscape
– Define how suggested architecture can fit within existing pension fund’s set up/context and integrate with upstream and downstream applications
Skills
Must have
Must Have : 4+ Years of experience on AxiomSL and regulatory reporting projects
– Has experience in the implementation of a rules engine that allow client to keep up-to-date with the latest regulation, on AxiomSL
– Expertise in FINRA reporting for Broker dealer – FOCUS reports mainly.
– Hands-on experience with AxiomSL v10
– Working knowledge of Oracle database
– Capital Markets business knowledge to understand the data involved in Regulatory Reporting for Broker Dealer business
– Has experience building applications that cater for data management, cleansing, dissemination and normalization in order to provide the most comprehensive and accurate data set
– Can demonstrate high level of communications and presentation, ability to work with technical and business stakeholders, deliver concepts clearly
Nice to have
– Has experience working with modern data storage, management and ETL tools
– Has experience building cloud-native applications, using cloud-based managed services, especially in the data space
