Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our team in a full-time on-site role located in Cambridge, ON. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and developing insurance policies tailored to clients’ specific needs. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and understanding their insurance coverage needs, as well as identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will need to have a strong knowledge of our insurance products and systems to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Insurance Brokerage experience with a RIBO or OTL license

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service abilities

A solid understanding of insurance products, services, and policies, including automobile, home, commercial packages, and other specialty lines of insurance

The ability to develop strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficient computer skills with the ability to work in a paperless environment and use relevant software programs

Expected salary: $45000 – 100000 per year
