Northbridge Commercial Insurance Underwriters customize solutions for our commercial clients when they need insurance products to cover small businesses risks. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk.

Our Commercial Underwriters are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our brokers – this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered, and in-person broker meetings are regularly penned into their calendars. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced underwriters to help grow your appetite of risks.

You’re great at:

Underwriting

Sales & Negotiation

Building relationships

You have:

2-5 years of Commercial Underwriting experience

Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations

Strong customer service background

Team-first mentality
