ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This Personal Lines Account Manager will have an established book of business to service, drive growth by providing tailored insurance solutions to customers.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Service established personal insurance book of business with a consultative approach
- Home and auto, condos, tenants, high value homes, seasonal and vacation homes, recreational vehicles, etc.
- Proactively engaging with new business prospects for up sell and cross sell opportunities
- Follow up on leads
- Analyzing clients’ needs, advising them on different policies
- Providing tailor-made solutions to ensure your customers get the best possible coverage for their needs
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Level 1 insurance license in Alberta
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines Insurance managing a book of business
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in BMS software such as EPIC, TAM, Powerbroker
COMPENSATION
- Base salary between $50,000 – 60,000 depending on years of relevant experience + commission and bonus
- Health benefit and dental plan
- Minimum 3 weeks’ paid vacation + flex days
- Hybrid working model
