Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for Canadian small businesses. They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly.
While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters. In other words, they’re awesome. You’re great at:
- Underwriting multi-line business across industry segments
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Building relationships with brokers
- Creating success in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Helping others develop through coaching and mentorship
You have:
- 5+ years of Underwriting experience in property, casualty, automobile
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation
- Strong customer service background
- Team-first mentality
- Small Business experience is a plus

Pay Range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000 in British Columbia.
