BIG is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team one of our Mississauga Branch. This role requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organization and analytical skills. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their insurance journey.

What does the Commercial Account Manager do?

· Build and maintain client relationships

· Provide superior customer service when responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner

· Review policies and making recommendations based on individual client needs while identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell

· Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners

· Follow-up and co-ordinate with clients to ensure documents are complete

· Update client information through carrier portals and websites

· Conduct billing calls, as required

· Proficient with online quoting portals with all carriers

· Review policies and recommended coverages based on individual consumer need

Job Requirements

· RIBO licensed

· 2+ years in Commercial Lines Insurance

· Powerbroker experience an asset
