    Support Services Administrator

    Job title: Support Services Administrator

    Job description: OBJECTIVE

    The Support Service Administrator is responsible for uploading new business and remarketed policies, processing mid-term endorsements, and processing inbound client requests while maintaining a positive work environment and an effortless customer experience.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Demonstrate and maintain complete understanding of the Support Services process.

    Follow documentation guidelines in both the policy management system and various company portals and systems.

    Accurately issue new business policies and process requested endorsements in various company portals and systems, utilizing appropriate resources within authority level in accordance with company standards.

    Send proof of insurance and supporting documentation to clients.

    Process inbound client requests within company standards.

    Follow broker error procedures and meet timelines set by management.

    Manage daily workload in accordance with company standards.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.

    Strong computer skills.

    Post-secondary education is an asset.

    Experience working in a customer service environment is preferred.

    Availability to work various shifts and days of the week as required.

    Ability to handle fluctuating work volumes in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT

    Employees generally work in an office setting.

    Most of the work is done sitting at a desk using a company issued phone and computer with opportunities to move about the office when needed.

    This is an in-person position reporting to the office 5 days a week.
