Job description: Craft Your Legacy as a Talent Acquisition Partner – Where Passion Meets Purpose!

Join us in a role that’s more than just recruitment; it’s about fostering relationships and being the catalyst for transformation in the bustling landscapes of the Ontario and Atlantic regions. As the embodiment of our vibrant culture, you’ll be at the forefront of nurturing our internal community and extending our influence within the industry. You are not just filling roles; you are the architect of a thriving ecosystem where talent flourishes.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be a beacon for talent, a master of balance, handling the swift currents of a fast-paced environment while steering through the complexities of building a cohesive, forward-looking workforce. Your role is critical, your impact immeasurable. If you’re ready to be the force behind our evolution, to embrace the knowns and unknowns with equal fervor, we’re ready for you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Be a Relationship Architect: Craft and strengthen the web of connections both within our walls and across the industry landscape, becoming a trusted confidant and the go-to partner for talent insights.
    • Strategic Talent Scout: Deploy your industry acumen to identify and attract trailblazers and visionaries, enriching our team with individuals who are not just qualified but are catalysts for innovation.
    • Craft Compelling Narratives: Engage talent with your compelling communication style, managing intricate conversations with ease, ensuring clarity and mutual inspiration.
    • Elevate Our Brand to Stardom: Be the face at career fairs and other industry events and cultivate bonds with industry partners.
    • Navigate the Uncharted: Thrive in a workplace that’s as dynamic as the marketplace itself, leading with intuition and an adaptive strategy where the only constant is change.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Maker: Interpret the stories behind data to enlighten our paths, driving decisions that propel us forward in a landscape of opportunity and growth.
    • Empower through Inclusion: Champion a collaborative approach, harnessing diverse perspectives and cultivating an environment where every voice is valued and every contribution is pivotal.
    • Drive with Business Insight: Showcase your business savvy, aligning talent strategies with organizational objectives, and maintaining the agility to pivot with the pulse of the industry.

    What You’ll Need for Success

    • A Relationship Connoisseur: With a minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, you have a history of nurturing lasting professional relationships within a corporate environment; preferably in the broader insurance industry landscape.
    • A Strategist’s Mind & A Storyteller’s Heart: You’re adept at showcasing your ability to concoct sourcing strategies that don’t just attract talent but enchant them.
    • A Sage of Communication: Possessing stellar communication skills, you’re adept at navigating complex conversations and articulating narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, up to and including c-suite executives.
    • An Adaptive Navigator: You’re comfortable in environments where change is the only constant, guiding talent acquisition amidst ambiguity without losing sight of the strategic horizon.
    • A Data-Savvy Analyst: With a keen eye for metrics and analytics, you can transform data into actionable insights, driving smarter, more effective recruitment decisions.
    • An Inclusive Leader: You understand the power of diverse thought and inclusive practices, leveraging them to build robust teams that reflect our commitment to equality and innovation.
    • A Business-Acute Mind: Your strong business acumen allows you to connect recruitment practices with overarching corporate goals, ensuring talent solutions that drive competition.
    • A Technological Tactician: Be fluent in the language of applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday) Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook), and the diverse tools of the recruitment realm (i.e., Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, etc.).
