REMOTE: Ontario/Quebec/New Brunswick

Our client is a pioneer of Legal Insurance in Canada developing non-traditional insurance products. With a strong focus in the Quebec market, their Insurance Brokerage is rapidly growing and the Vice President is thrilled to add a Personal Lines Broker to the team.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a newly licensed (AMF) Insurance Broker and a pet lover with one year of experience selling insurance within a brokerage.

Key Accountabilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and emails regarding pet insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through prompt responses and detailed follow-up.
• Practice active listening while advising on and offering appropriate products adapted for specific client needs.
• Maintain existing and build new client relationships.
• Strive to achieve personal and Company objectives.
• Update documentation/files in accordance to established standards.
• Comply with Company policies and ensure effective team dynamics.
• Respect the Company’s values, mission and procedures.
• Liaise with cross functional teams when needed.

Key Qualifications / Attributes

• 1-3 years of experience in a broker environment and understanding of P&C Insurance.
• Valid AMF General Insurance Broker’s License – Personal Lines.
• Fluently bilingual (French/English).
• Excellent listening skills with a compassionate demeanor.
• Highly organized with a solid understanding of the sales process.
• Driven with a strong work.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Persuasive with strong negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with technology with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Aquarium Software.
