Requirements
Minimum 2 years as a licensed life/health insurance broker/advisor
A proven track record in a direct sales environment
The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to source and acquire new client leads
Willing to acquire and pursue training/professional development to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable solution
Meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets
Must Have- An existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence

Qualifications:
LLQP licensed
2 years+ experience in insurance sales preferred but less considered if you have great sales numbers!
Required education:
High school or equivalent
