ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a local insurance brokerage with multiple branches across Winnipeg, passionate about providing innovative and customized insurance solutions to businesses in the community. They are looking for a Branch Manager to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of branch operations.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This Branch Manager will manage a team of 3-5 brokers, run and operate daily responsibilities at one of the branches located in South Winnipeg. Provide strong leadership to the branch team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Drive sales initiatives, achieve revenue targets, and explore opportunities for business expansion within the branch’s territory.
• Foster and maintain positive client relationships by addressing their insurance needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance laws and regulations, as well as internal compliance standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently and effectively.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 2 general license is a must, insurance designation such as CAIB, CIP, CRM is an asset
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience
• Comprehensive experience as an Insurance Broker
• Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge in EPIC or other similar software

COMPENSATION

• Flexible base salary between $70,000 – 85,000 depending on relevant experience + commissions on new business and renewals + annual performance bonus
