    What You’ll Do

    Organizational + Marketing Effectiveness

    • Spearhead events, ensuring strengthened ties with carrier partners across HUB’s 21 offices in Ontario.
    • Be the creative force behind our bi-weekly newsletter, working closely with the CMO Team.
    • Coordinate and communicate pivotal changes regarding carrier appetites, procedural updates, and more.
    • Oversee the Marketing Shared Drive, ensuring a seamless structure for contracts and files. Conduct rigorous monthly audits to uphold compliance.
    • Manage intricate carrier appointments and documentation with precision and attention to detail.
    • Plan and execute upcoming marketing events, from conferences to tradeshows.
    • Extend administrative support to the dedicated CMO Team and act as a reliable backup to the President’s Executive Assistant.

    Data Analytics and Systems

    • Harness the power of HUB’s BMS (Epic), CRM, and various systems to craft insightful reports and scorecards.
    • Lead and implement special projects or initiatives as required, setting new benchmarks.
    • Oversee the CMO budget meticulously, handling everything from cheque reconciliation to insightful variance analysis.
    • Consistently deliver illuminating monthly “CEO” reports highlighting success stories and intricate commission data.

    What You’ll Need for Success

    • 1+ years of experience in a vibrant corporate environment, preferably as a Marketing or Project Coordinator.
    • A degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Office Administration.
    • Acquaintance with commercial retail insurance will be a valuable addition.
    • Mastery in MS Office: Excel (including pivot tables and graphs), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Essentially, a Microsoft Office guru!
    • An analytical mind with a penchant for data interpretation.
    • Independent, detail-oriented, and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
    • Stellar organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a gift for both verbal and written communication.
    • An ambitious nature, always ready to take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and offer unique perspectives.
    • Resourcefulness is key; we love individuals who are resilient and require minimal supervision.
